We Can’t Make Them Live Forever, But We Know How To Help Them Live Longer.
Hi, I’m Harley,
Dr. P’s dog. I like to make people laugh. It makes me feel good. Until I was 5, I was owned by the most wonderful man named Adolph. He was older, his house was quiet, and nothing interrupted my naps. Life was good.
Then one day Adolph went to the hospital and did not come back. I didn’t understand everything but I heard something about “cancer” and “funeral.”
It was a confusing time, and I was very sad. But Adolph cared and thought about me – after Adolph was gone I went to a new home, Dr. P’s.
Adjusting to life without Adolph was hard, Dr. P’s house is full of an army of loud little kids that wrestle me and dance with me and throw blankets over my head. It’s ridiculous.
But I have to say that I am very grateful for my life. I have a great family who loves me very much. Despite the noise I love hanging out with the little kids. At least I can always find some food on the floor! And I have beds all over the place so I am comfortable wherever I go.
If you’re looking for a veterinarian for your best friend, you won’t go wrong with Dr. P and the great people at Skyline Animal Hospital.
Okay, I’m going back to take a nap before the kids come home from school.”
